Needless to say I will not be going back again. While I was conversing with the manager about the poor customer service, the initial gentleman was screaming obscenities at me in front of everyone in the waiting room, which included children.
I waited 15 minutes until he finally decided to get a manager to refund me. At 5:30 I went to pick up the pizza and received THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Placed an order online, pick up time was approximately 5:26 p.m., received a notification pizza was in the oven at 5:10.
